I think that anyone, young or old, needs to stop and think about how much things change over the years.

In the 1970's, disco, drugs, and bell bottoms were the "in thing".

In the 1980's, big hair, skin tight clothes, and pink & blue eyeshadow were cool.

In the 1990's people still wanted to have unprotected sex - even though everyone was aware of AIDS.

Now, we don't do the disco parties and use a whole can of hair spray to poof out our hair. And we see less cases of unprotected sex that caused someone to get HIV or even AIDS.

Moral of the story, what is cool for awhile, won't be cool forever. Just because it seems "acceptable" and "workable" at the time, doesn't mean it won't become unacceptable or NOT workable with time. Think about the consequences of your actions, and determine if you really CAN live with the choice you think you want to make.
